Launching a web site for your business can seem daunting. Our client was starting a new business and wanted to showcase his inventory online. Not being savvy with technology, he contacted us.
Story
Established for many years with International customers, our client needed an easier way to show them his inventory. There were 5 or 6 product categories with inventory that would vary. Each item for sale was always different which made self-management critical.
How We Helped
Having no previous web site, our client also wanted to take the opportunity to re-brand with a new logo and business card. Provided with proofs for a simple logo, our client’s design choice was implemented across the web site and business card design.
After a consultation to provide an understanding of our client’s needs, we designed and deployed a basic web site with a listing interface for inventory. Being provided with a short list of basic inventory items, we loaded the listing manager with template listings for easy management. Training was completed in just over an hour and we created a printed tutorial so our client could efficiently self-manage the web site.
